Texting and driving. Newton Police believe guy was going about 50 MPH. Nearly missed house.
The life & times of America's favorite street: Randlett Park
Everyone knows I had the nicest lawn on the street for like 9 days during the spring. Then I started using Christian’s electric mower – which is more like one of those suck & cut hair trimmers you see on infomercials. Then the drought hit. And Trump won the election and my lawn died.
But I’m not gonna blog a bunch of excuses. Gonna blog about my new mower that Management and her parents, The Board of Directors, got me for Christmas.
You might be like oh shit is that a Honda HRR216VKA? Um yeah – it is you guys. From Farina’s? Get the f out of here.
21″ radius. 3-1 variable speed. Self propelled. You name it.
No excuses in 2017 gang. Hope Santa is good to everyone.
Unbeknownst to yours truly, a robbery occurred on June 24th in our neighborhood. Don’t bother checking the police report — it’s not in there. The robbery occurred at 45 Lindbergh. What was stolen you might ask? The whole damn property you guys. House sold for $425k.
Um…yeah… 425,000 USDs. Just a cold-blooded robbery by the buyer.
Well the house has been under major renovation since and just hit the rental market for $5,100. That’s per month gang. For a 3 bed/2 bath home with 2,381 sq/ft.
Look I don’t know who this buyer/owner is. But he seems ruthless. Like Rick James in the Chappelle Show. Cold blooded. Habitual line stepper. And treating the 02465 market like somebody’s couch.
All caps you guys. 154 Randlett was rented several days ago for $3,000 per month. No word on who the new tenants are or when they’ll be moving in. All I know is this: these new tenants are smart. I mean the opportunity to live on America’s Favorite Street? And 2 doors down from me? In real estate we like to call this a “no-brainer.”
