So I was getting my vanilla latte on in the North End today when I spotted this.

$7800 are you kidding me? Place is worth 100 times that today. I mean Everett for $6000 or Newton for $7800.  Gimme a break. Or a time machine. I’d go right back in time and scoop this place up you guys.
