Phyllis Frank, a longtime Randlett Parker and fundraiser for cancer research, passed away yesterday and the funeral is at noon tomorrow at Temple Reyim on Washington St. Visiting hours are Friday 1-4pm and and Sunday 1-5pm at LaSelle Village.
