145 Fairway will be torn down tomorrow (or shortly thereafter).

The house, which has been in various stages of demolition for the past several weeks, needs everything. And I mean everything you guys. New water & sewer lines, new foundation, new garage & new chimney.

According to permits, a new 4 bed/3.5 bath home will be built in it’s place. Thanks to T for the heads up on this.
