The Chief at 00 Watertown accepted an offer you guys. 2 weeks ago the price was increased from $1.899M to $1.950M. Yesterday an offer was accepted. 

  
Big time power move by The Chief and big time price for W. Newton. Well at least this side of the Mass Pike.
