29 Vincent was listed for $879k on Sept. 30th.  Open houses were held that Saturday & Sunday but they didn’t find a buyer. Several days later, the house went under agreement. Today, that deal fell apart.

Telling you guys, this ain’t no spring market. Getting harder to put and keep deals under agreement. Too bad — nice looking house.
