277 Waltham is a 4 bed/2.5 bath home with 2,603 sq/ft.  Just listed for rent at $4,988/month.  May seem like a lot but when you think about it, all these buyers spending $900-1M probably have mortgage payments in the same ballpark.  Only problem with this place you guys is it’s not on Randlett Park.
