Everybody knows 72 Randlett is under agreement and scheduled to close Wednesday. But for how much?  We just had the Block Party and Randlett Pork.  And 161 Randlett sold for $850k — $151k over asking.  I mean you either live on this street or you don’t.

So what do you guys think?  Over nine fiddy?
