145 Fairway is a 4 bed/2 bath home with 1,795 sq/ft.  Home needs renovation you guys — hence the price and only 1 interior pic.  Broker says this location is a commuter’s dream.  I wouldn’t call the Mass Pike a dream.  I would call it parking lot with everyone on their phones.  Thankfully I have an iPhone 4s with flashlight and compass app so I’m good.
