This 3 bed, 2.5 bath with 2,776 sq/ft just came on the market for $879k.  House sits on 1/4 acre lot.  Looks like I just came down with a case of yard envy.

Great to have a home nearby on-market in the upper $800s.  Hope it sells quick.
